1) What
does the price includes?
The price includes shipping (registered air-mail), jewel casing &
bubble-padded envelopes.
2) What currencies do we accept?
We accept all currencies
provided that it is equivalent to US$15.00 for 1 CD.
3) Do you accept fax, mail order or telephone
orders?
At present, we do not accept these forms of orders because it costs
about US$20 to clear a foreign bank draft/cheque/check.
4) Do you accept bank drafts or cheque
(checks)?
We do not accept cheques for countries outside Singapore unless it is a
large order. Please contact us.
5) What is the price for more than 1 CDs?
The price for 1 to 3 CDs are the same: i.e. 3 CDs X 3. For larger
orders, please contact us for shipping rates.
6) Is this CD sold in retail stores or other
websites?
This CD is not available elsewhere other than this online website.
7) How long does it take for the CD to reach
me?
It would take about 3 to 4 weeks, depending on individual country. CDs
will only be shipped when we have received payment. If you do not
receive your CD after 30 days when you have received our confirmation
email, please email us so we can trace the order or replace it.
8) Are purchases refundable?
Purchase are non-refundable. If the CD arrives damaged due to shipping,
cannot be played back or has a manufacturing defect, we would send a
free replacement CD. However cracked jewel cases would not be replaced
as it is cheaply & easily replaceable.
9) Customs charges
Our CDs are mailed from Singapore and if you live in another country,
you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or customs fees charged
by your country’s government. These charges are separate from our
shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict.
Please check with your local post office or customs office for more
information.
10) E-mail
It is very important to use your real email address when ordering
because we need to send you a confirmation email for your order. Your
email address will never be sold, loaned, shared, revealed or given to
any one else, a third party, company or individual for any purpose
whatsoever.
